Location: Brightway Services, Ranchi, Jharkhand
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Job Description:
Brightway Services is seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, provide information about our services, and manage customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly, persuasive approach.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Answer incoming calls and address customer queries
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Provide information about services and offers
• Follow up on leads and support sales team efforts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry
• Good problem-solving skills and patience
